Christmas Eve

Enjoy our regular dinner menu crafted from the freshest locally sourced ingredients with a sprinkling of holiday specials. Grab a pre-dinner cocktail at the bar and take a snap at our Winter Chalet photo booth - special holiday memories guaranteed!

Christmas Day Buffet

Gather around with your loved ones at Finch + Fork's beautifully crafted holiday buffet. Featuring local produce from our region's family farms, this annual tradition will leave lasting memories for all. Indulge in a spectacular raw bar, braised lamb shank and kasu prime rib carving stations, classic sides & new favorites, soups, salads, and a beautiful dessert display.

New Year's Eve Dinner

Ring in the New Year at Finch & Fork with a special pre fixe menu including delights such as pan roasted duck breast, braised short rib and pan seared halibut and smoked eggplant! Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with live acoustic music from local musician Brian Kinsella. Be sure to take a fun picture at our Winter Chalet booth in the hotel lobby before setting in for the evening!
