Heart of Summer

Join us on the Canary rooftop this summer for a three-part sunset music series in partnership with In This Together Events, celebrating community, connection, and unforgettable moments under the Santa Barbara sky. Experience world-class performances from house favorites Le Youth, Jerro, and Double Touch, each bringing their own signature blend of uplifting rhythms, emotive melody, and immersive energy. As the sun sets over downtown, opening sets from RaquElevate and Stevage will set the tone for evenings filled with music, movement, and togetherness.
Canary AM Club

Join Us at Canary AM Club! Get ready for a morning of beats and coffee at the Canary Hotel for a Santa Barbara take on the coffee rave scene. Interlude is bringing the beats, Considered Coffee is fueling the morning, and Finch & Fork is serving up the bites. Expect great music, rooftop views, and seriously good coffee, everything you need to kick off your morning (and your weekend) right.
Sip & Swirl
August 20 | 6pm - 8pm
Sip into summer at Sip & Swirl, a monthly wine series celebrating Santa Barbara's local wines. Enjoy curated pours, paired bites, and golden-hour views over Santa Barbara. With rotating wineries, music, and an easy, social vibe, each evening offers a fresh taste of the Central Coast—perfect for gathering, discovering, and unwinding under the stars. Showtime Suppers
Daily | 5pm - 7pm
Join us in the restaurant for an early evening prix fixe, created for guests looking for a refined dinner that fits neatly into your pre-show plans. Available nightly from 5–7pm, the $65 menu includes a choice of appetizer Caesar Salad or Deviled Eggs, followed by your selection of Catch of the Day, Short Rib Pappardelle, or Vegetarian Gnocchi, paired with a thoughtfully selected glass of wine.
