Join Us at Canary AM Club! Get ready for a morning of beats and coffee at the Canary Hotel for a Santa Barbara take on the coffee rave scene. Interlude is bringing the beats, Considered Coffee is fueling the morning, and Finch & Fork is serving up the bites. Expect great music, rooftop views, and seriously good coffee, everything you need to kick off your morning (and your weekend) right.
Showtime Suppers

Join us in the restaurant for an early evening prix fixe, created for guests looking for a refined dinner that fits neatly into your pre-show plans. Available nightly from 5–7pm, the $65 menu includes a choice of appetizer Caesar Salad or Deviled Eggs, followed by your selection of Catch of the Day, Short Rib Pappardelle, or Vegetarian Gnocchi, paired with a thoughtfully selected glass of wine.
